01.Comfortably sleeps 6 -1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin room. There is also a travel cot for infants!
02.2 bath/shower rooms - main bathroom (shower, basin, and toilet), ensuite shower room (shower, basin, and toilet)!
03.Kitchen/diner facilities include – fitted kitchen, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment , hob, table and chairs, crockery and all essential kitchen utensils!
04.1 balcony with main bedroom and a large sun terrace off the lounge (benefitting for sunshine all day). This has garden furniture for your enjoyment!
05.Please note that smoking is restricted to the balconies/terraces to aid enjoyment of future holidaymakers!
06.The apartment benefits from a share pool and baby pool which is cleaned and cared for regularly!
07.It has a communal access door/security door to enter the building. This should be kept shut at all times for your own and other resident’s peace of mind!
08.There is a cleaner that maintains all communal areas!
09.The apartment will be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival, please leave the apartment as you would wish to find it!
10.Apartment towels and linen can be changed weekly and weekly cleaning can be carried out at an extra charge!
11.Please remember to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided at the apartment!

15.The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the complex. There are stairs to negotiate!

18.Apartment has a good size lounge!
19.No Pets allowed in apartment!
20.The terrace has a built in barbeque place!
